Developing Lower Body Aggressiveness in Pitchers

Are you looking for ways to help your pitcher throw harder?

In the video I show and explain FIVE of my FAVORITE drills to use with a pitcher to develop balance and power with her lower body!

Incorporating these things into workouts OR performing one of the drills for a few minutes daily will help pitchers of all ages and skill levels get MORE out of their lower body.
