Everything You've Missed This Year...
Hey There Friend!
How was your July 4th holiday?! I'm happy to report that my 11-year old nephew, 88-year old Grandpa and everyone in between had a great day together. The homemade ice-cream was fabulous; the steaks were cooked perfectly (so I was told, I'm not a meat-eater anymore); the traditional flag cookie was yummy (I did eat too much of it) AND the at-home firework display got two thumbs up from everyone! I'm sure appreciating every opportunity I get to connect my my loved ones even more with all that 2020 has brought to us. I hope you are as well!
As I mentioned last week, I've been busy creating this summer. My new website will go live in a few days AND my first digital course, "Small Habits to "BreakThrew" Moments; The Routine Building Course For Pitchers" will launch later this summer. I've been busy creating content and designing it so that your learning experience is FUN and habit-changing!
I've also got some new additions to my signature programs this training season. There will be new opportunities for pitchers that train with me in-person AND virtually. Parents, you are a HUGE piece of the puzzle in your daughter's development and training experience. Some of the new additions include guides for YOU to help support her during at-home workouts and competition. I can't wait to SHOW you what's coming this fall in a few short weeks...
