I hope you had a great week and that you are able to celebrate Father's Day in some way this weekend...I'm guessing many of you will be at the ballpark!
I've not been able to attend any games in person yet this month, but have watched several live streams. It's fun to see the many hours of disciplined, hard work during training show up on the field! If you are getting to play this summer, I hope you are enjoying the opportunity to go to battle with your team more than ever!
This week I'm sharing some short audio files on common problems I see show up during competition and my thoughts on how to improve them:
1. Struggles during the 1st inning
2. Trying to be too fine in the strike zone early in the count
3. Forgetting about the vertical strike zone
4. Only using the change-up only when ahead in the count
