Iowa Blitz Training Facility (NEW LOCATION): 1111 East Army Post Rd, Des Moines, IA (Go to the fenced area on the south side/back of the mall, directly in front of the vacant movie theater. The name on the door is "The Ridge")

Tuesday classes: 10/24, 11/7, 11/21, 12/19, 1/9, 1/16, 2/13, 2/20, 3/5, 3/12, 4/2, 4/23

 

Ames, IA – Wednesdays and Thursdays

Fort Dodge, IA – Saturdays (with 1 Sunday date)

Softball Connection: 1 North 20th Street, Fort Dodge, IA

Saturday/Sunday classes: 10/28,11/4,11/18,12/17 (Sunday),1/6, 1/13, 2/10, 2/17, 3/9, 3/16, 4/6, 4/27

Des Moines, IA - Sundays (with 1 Saturday date)

Grand View University Wellness Center: 1500 Morton Avenue, Des Moines, IA

Sunday/Saturday classes: 10/22, 11/5, 11/19, 12/16 (Saturday), 1/7, 1/14, 2/11, 2/18, 3/10, 3/17, 4/7, 4/28

Wednesday, 11/8  AND  Wednesday, 2/7

 

*Classroom sessions can be attended in any of the locations offered. Pitchers will be able to choose which location and class time fits best in their schedule. More information will be provided via email a couple of weeks before each scheduled session.
