Mini-Camps

These 3-hour training sessions are limited to a no higher than a 1-6 instructor/student ratio.

Mini-Camps will be offered to cover a variety of pitching topics including

• Mechanics Foundations
• Mechanics for Power
• Velocity Development
• Game Day Command

Pitchers can attend 1, 3-hour mini-camp or multiple camps to meet their specific training needs!

BreakThrew Fastpitch alumni that are current college pitchers assist Myndie during these mini-camps.

Offered over summer break and occasionally at other times throughout the year.

2-Day All-Inclusive Pitching Schools

Our All-Inclusive Pitching Schools offer 12-hours of instruction over 2 days. They are the perfect option for pitchers that want an intense training experience and a big boost of learning over a couple days!

A maximum of 48 pitchers will be accepted into these sessions and participants will be placed in small groups of, no more than 8 pitchers, to maintain a low instructor to athlete ratio.

BreakThrew Fastpitch alumni that are current college pitchers assist Myndie during these camps.

Some of the many things we will cover at the All-Inclusive Pitching School include:

  1. Mechanics
  2. Speed/power development
  3. Controlling the ball/targets
  4. Change-ups and off-speed pitches
  5. Movement Spins
  6. Competitive practice drills/games
  7. Growth Mindset & Failure = Opportunity
  8. Establishing Routines
  9. Competing with confidence
  10. Goal Setting and Journaling
  11. Pitcher/Catcher/Coach Communication
  12. Setting up Hitters
  13. Non-Verbal Communication/Body Language
  14. Q&A session about college softball

2-Day All-Inclusive Pitching Schools are offered during the summer months and occasionally during winter break.

BREAKTHREW FASTPITCH SUMMER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

(Pitchers & Catchers)

A more complete training experience… built to help your athlete keep improving long after the event ends.

This program is built from the same approach I use in my signature training program, where athletes learn how to develop their skills, create structure at home, and understand how small, consistent actions lead to real results.


What Makes This Program Different

This isn’t just a camp your athlete shows up to.

It’s designed to connect what she does before, during, and after the event so she leaves with a clearer understanding of how to keep building.


Before the Event

We’ll kick things off with a Zoom call to walk through the program and explain the short assignments your athlete will complete at home leading up to the event.

These simple activities will help her:
• build awareness
• start identifying strengths and areas to improve
• begin creating small, consistent habits


The Event: 3 Days of In-Person Training

(15 Hours Total)

Over the course of the program, your athlete will receive focused instruction, reps, and opportunities to compete.

Training will include:

• Mechanics and power development (pitchers)
• Spin and pitch development (pitchers)
• Throwing, receiving, blocking, and framing (catchers)
• Command and game-day application
• Mindset, routines, and body language
• Pitcher/catcher connection and communication
• Competitive drills and challenges

To ensure quality instruction and individual attention, the instructor-to-athlete ratio will not exceed 1:8.


After the Event

We’ll reconnect with a follow-up Zoom call to help your athlete understand how to continue building over the next few weeks.

She’ll receive:
• an evaluation from her coach with key takeaways
• a simple, guided follow-up plan with at-home workouts


Who This Is For

This program is open to any and all pitchers and catchers ages 8–18.

It’s a great fit for athletes who:
• want help understanding what to work on and how to structure their training
• are ready to take more ownership of their development
• want to feel more confident and in control when they compete
• would benefit from structure, support, and accountability
• enjoy being challenged in a competitive and encouraging environment
• are willing to continue working outside of camp

To help your athlete leave this program:

• more confident in her abilities
• more clear on what to work on at home
• better able to structure her training at home
• and understanding how small, consistent actions lead to real improvement over time
